The Cosmic Data-Bank celebrated its 20th Anniversary in August 2007, and I wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have encouraged me and assisted me over the last two decades. I  also wish to publicly express my gratitude that I was born in Canada where I had access to excellent education, public health, and a wonderfully diverse culture which promotes the exploration of scientific frontiers as well as all others. Surely the freedom to be is what has contributed so extensively to the knowledge gained and I am delighted that I can share it with you.
