VLADIMIR VLADIMIROVICH PUTIN

The Russian people love this man. It is easy to understand why when you see the remarkable progress that has been made in Russia under President Putin's leadership. Westerners may complain about the way he handled the Chechnya situation but his handling of the economy has been flawless; he is not perfect, but he is remarkable.

According to published information Vladimir Putin was born October 7, 1952 at 09:30h BGT in St. Petersburg, Russia. He was President of Russia from May 7, 2000 until May 7, 2008. He became Prime Minister of Russia on May 8, 2008. TIME magazine put him on the front cover as their choice for Man of the Year 2007. The photos below are from WIKIPEDIA.

I have looked at many thousands of heliograms over the past 40 years and that of Vladimir Putin stands out as one of the strongest. He was born when the solar system was in a SPLAY arrangement which presents a very even distribution of the planets around the Sun. The Splay type is found in 4.1% of the general population.

He has the four most important planetary patterns on his heliogram: grand cross, t-square, kite, and stellium. The table below shows the addresses for the planets at the time of his birth. • The grand cross sees Mars opposite Pluto and Jupiter opposite Mercury, all four planets in square aspect to one another.
• The t-square consists of Earth in opposition to the Saturn/Neptune conjunction, all three planets in square aspect to Uranus.
• The kite consists of an equilateral triangle formed by Venus, Earth, and Pluto, with the tail of the kite from Earth to Neptune/Saturn.
